South View Villa

This home is Solterra Resort is stunning and huge! Right as you enter the doors you look out over the wall of sliding glass doors to the beautiful pool deck. It is spacious, has comfortable furniture, and the pool and spa heat up very well. The home had so much room for us to spread out, and having a living room area upstairs was a great bonus. Two washers and dryers and two refrigerators helped a ton when we had many people in the house. The beds are all comfortable. The management team is also very responsive when we had questions. We would highly recommend this home!

Beautiful Villa, spotlessly clean, very well positioned on Emerald Estate. Great view from the pool. The Villa has everything you need, very well equipped. Definitely recommend, also great for larger families. First class management team , Sharon was very informative on everything you needed if any issues occurred. Lovely two weeks will definitely be back. Thank you.

"Quite Exceptional Villa"
This is a fantastic villa. So clean and well equipped and in a great location close to restaurants, theme parks and entertainment at Sunset Walk. Formosa Gardens is a lovely gated community and the villa is on a huge lot with the pool deck overlooking Star Lake. The villa is beautifully decorated in bright Floridian style but the jewel in the crown is the large pool deck furnished with relaxing pool chairs and sofa, sun loungers and dining table. There was a great selection of pool toys plus a great BBQ which we made good use of. The teenagers in our family group loved the games room and the massive tv was great for watching football (soccer) and golf. We have been travelling to Florida for over 20 years and owned a rental villa ourselves for 17 years so we have high expectations and appreciated all the extras
