Loved the location. Loved the pool. The unit itself was perfect. Florida villas 4 u were great to work with.

Host was great and responded immediately to all our special requests. Property was absolutely stunning with large private rooms for each guest and couple with the exception of the kids sharing two designated kid rooms. Games and arcade room shared and enjoyed by all. Resort was in walking distance of home.

"Quite Exceptional Villa"
This is a fantastic villa. So clean and well equipped and in a great location close to restaurants, theme parks and entertainment at Sunset Walk. Formosa Gardens is a lovely gated community and the villa is on a huge lot with the pool deck overlooking Star Lake. The villa is beautifully decorated in bright Floridian style but the jewel in the crown is the large pool deck furnished with relaxing pool chairs and sofa, sun loungers and dining table. There was a great selection of pool toys plus a great BBQ which we made good use of. The teenagers in our family group loved the games room and the massive tv was great for watching football (soccer) and golf. We have been travelling to Florida for over 20 years and owned a rental villa ourselves for 17 years so we have high expectations and appreciated all the extras

"Ideal location, highly recommended"
Having visited Florida for the past 20 years we have stayed in our fair share of villas and this was among one of the best. It was immaculately clean on arrival, had all the facilities we were hoping for. It has been recently updated and this is evident throughout with upscale furniture both inside and out and included a full alarm system. We requested pool and spa heat and have never had an in ground spa that actually feels like a stand alone hot tub until know, put the timer on, wait 15 minutes (always took a quick dip in the pool first) and it was fabulously hot. The resort itself was so close to Disneyworld we only needed to fill the car we hired as we were on the way back to the airport! The resort was beautifully maintained and gated for security with the team members very helpful. The communication was brilliant from start to finish , we will definitely book again. Thank you for helping make such a memorable holiday.
