Luxury Formosa Lake Sunrise
"Quite Exceptional Villa"
This is a fantastic villa. So clean and well equipped and in a great location close to restaurants, theme parks and entertainment at Sunset Walk. Formosa Gardens is a lovely gated community and the villa is on a huge lot with the pool deck overlooking Star Lake. The villa is beautifully decorated in bright Floridian style but the jewel in the crown is the large pool deck furnished with relaxing pool chairs and sofa, sun loungers and dining table. There was a great selection of pool toys plus a great BBQ which we made good use of. The teenagers in our family group loved the games room and the massive tv was great for watching football (soccer) and golf. We have been travelling to Florida for over 20 years and owned a rental villa ourselves for 17 years so we have high expectations and appreciated all the extras

Absolutely stunning villa ! 10/10 . Lovely bedrooms with an abundance of towels in bathrooms and so good to have many hangers in the closet ! Fab big bath in the master bedroom Ample crockery, dishes and plates and a great BBQ. Spotlessly clean and very spacious even for 10 adults. Best villa we have stayed in by far .....highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! The layout of the home was perfect for our family—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed so everyone had room to relax and enjoy time together. The pool and spa were definite highlights and were used every day. They added so much to the experience and made our stay feel extra special. Our family truly enjoyed this home and made some great memories here. We would absolutely stay again and recommend it to others looking for a great place to unwind and enjoy quality time together.

"Villa with a stunning outlook"
The pool deck and lake view from this South facing villa are stunning. The house is spacious, nicely decorated and well appointed. We spent an amazing 6 weeks here. Unfortunately due to the weather we didn’t use the resort facilities very much however when we did they were very good. Communication from the owner Pat was really good and the one small issue we had was resolved by the management company very quickly. We hope to rent this villa again in the future.
