South View Villa
"New Review"
This home is Solterra Resort is stunning and huge! Right as you enter the doors you look out over the wall of sliding glass doors to the beautiful pool deck. It is spacious, has comfortable furniture, and the pool and spa heat up very well. The home had so much room for us to spread out, and having a living room area upstairs was a great bonus. Two washers and dryers and two refrigerators helped a ton when we had many people in the house. The beds are all comfortable. The management team is also very responsive when we had questions. We would highly recommend this home!
Luxury Fairway View Villa

We have stayed in many villas over the years and Fairway View tops the lot! It was perfect. The rooms were perfect for our family of 6, all adults and we were able to spread out and have peace and quiet when needed...the villa is huge! On arrival it was lovely and clean, with good fresh linen, spare linen and more towels than a towel shop!! Everything you might need and more is available in the kitchen and throughout. The pool area was the best...ever! It was spacious and peaceful and secluded. We saw lofs of wildlife and thoroughly enjoyed the fab seating at night while all sat out relaxing and enjoying a drink or two after a long day in the parks. Great spot for accessing the parks without having to use the I4 if you didn't want to and plenty of supermarkets and local restaurants too. Absolutely wouldn't hesitate in recommending Fairways View....just book it...you won't be disappointed!

"Amazing time"
Perfect location and a truly hassle-free stay. The villa had everything we could possibly need – beach towels, board games, full kitchen appliances, and even an electric kettle (rare find in other places we’ve stayed!). Lee was fantastic, quick to respond, and kindly let us stay later for our evening flight. Any small issues, were fixed immediately. Clean, well-equipped, and such a comfortable home-from-home – we’d happily return in a heartbeat!

"Roomy, exquisite, and relaxing"
Perfect place for 3 families to enjoy the pool and whole house without feeling on top of each other. Great proximity to ESPN Wild World of Sports for our soccer needs and Universal for our fun! Very easily accessible to major highways. Highly recommend this place for easy check in and overall amenities offered.
