The very private large rear pool deck has ‘Florida Glass’ screening to the sides and overlooks a small lake and conservation area . There are two patio tables and lots of comfortable sun chairs and loungers. The lanai has an outside fan for those really hot days.

The illuminated swimming pool has a ‘Florida Seat’ and the spa is perfect for those tired muscles after being in the parks!

The rear of the property is in full sun from the very start of the day, and stays in sunshine until late afternoon when some welcome shade allows swimming without burning.
